Person struck by subway in Manhattan, causing delays: MTA
MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) β A person was struck by a subway train in Manhattan Sunday evening, causing delays to multiple lines, the MTA announced.
The incident happened around 6:11 p.m. at the 7th Avenue station.
Southbound D trains have resumed making all regular stops, the MTA announced around 6:53 p.m. Northbound D trains are running on the C line from West 4th Street-Washington Square to 59th Street-Columbus Circle.
Northbound E trains are running via the F line from West 4th Street-Washington Square to 47th-50th Streets-Rockefeller Center, causing delays to F trains. Southbound E trains have resumed making scheduled stops.

The MTA also announced service changes to the N line as the FDNY responds to a track fire at 59th Street. Southbound N trains have been rerouted and are running via the D line from 36th Street in Brooklyn to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue. Southbound R lines are also running with delays.
