Anne Enright joins Deborah Treisman to read and discuss β€œSierra Leone,” by John McGahern, which was published in The New Yorker in 1977. Enright, a winner of the Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction and the Man Booker Prize, among others, has published eleven books of fiction, including the story collection β€œYesterday’s Weather” and the novels β€œActress” and β€œThe Wren, The Wren.” She has been publishing fiction in The New Yorker since 2000.
