West Texas is trying to get a handle on a surging measles crisis that is now up to 124 cases. Health officials say of those confirmed cases, the vast majority were not vaccinated. New Mexico, New Jersey and Georgia have also reported outbreaks. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
