Where to buy tickets, schedule, dates
Valentineâs Day came early for Lumineers fans this year.
The âHo Heyâ folk-rockers just announced theyâre embarking on the âAutomatic World Tourâ in support of their forthcoming fifth studio album with the same name due out Feb. 14.
To kick off the North American summer run, Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Frates will headline Saratoga Springsâ Broadview Stage on Thursday, July 3.
After that, theyâll swing into the five boroughs and hit Queensâ Citi Field on Friday, July 11. The duoâs final NY gig goes down at Buffaloâs Darien Lake Amphitheater on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
At each show, the lo-fi pair will bring a high-profile special guest or two along to kick off the festivities. Just a few of the most notable opening acts joining them on the sprawling trek include Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Young The Giant, Dr. Dog, St. Vincent and Lake Street Dive.
âThis album marks 20 years of songwriting between Jeremiah Fraites and me,â Schultz shared on Instagram about the soon-to-be-released record. âThe album explores some of the absurdities of the modern world, like the increasingly blurry line between whatâs real and whatâs not, and the variety of ways we numb ourselves while trying to combat both boredom and overstimulation.â
In addition to the tour, the band will also headline the annual Extra Innings Festival in Tempe, AZ, Milwaukeeâs multi-week Summerfest, Louisville, KYâs massive Bourbon and Beyond Festival and the Iron Blossom Festival in Richmond, VA.
Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming North American Lumineers shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the âAutomatic Tourâ is Friday, Feb. 21.
Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
