In short, the pair can be seen looking surprisingly chummy sitting next to one another. The clip has no audio of what they’re saying, but Obama can even be seen laughing at something Trump says at one point.
When Trump was asked about what they talked about, he replied, “It did look very friendly, I must say. I didn’t realize how friendly it looked. I saw it on your wonderful network just a little while ago before I came in, and I said, ‘Boy, they look like two people who like each other.’ And we probably do.”

Naturally, the conversation led to some asking where the lip-readers were. Enter Jeremy Freeman, a Forensic Expert Witness Lip-Reader. He was born “profoundly deaf” and has been lip-reading since childhood, making it into his career in 2007. Hell, he even works with the police. In this case, he spoke to the New York Post about his interpretation of what they could be saying.

According to Jeremy, Trump likely said to Obama, “I’ve pulled out of that. It’s the conditions. Can you imagine that?”

The president-elect then allegedly may have continued, “I can’t talk; we have to find a quiet place sometime. This is a matter of importance and we need to do this outside so that we can deal with it, certainly, today.”

Obama was then interpreted to say, “Listen to me, it’s a chore.”

Of course, only two people can definitely verify exactly what happened…
