Bill Burr Brilliantly Roasts Elon Musk On ‘The View’
Comedian Bill Burr is continuing his string of digs aimed at billionaire Elon Musk in recent weeks.
While appearing on “The View” on Thursday, co-host Joy Berhar asked Burr to confirm that “both political parties have incurred your wrath over the many years that you’ve been doing [comedy].”
“I’m not into politicians at all,” the “F is for Family” star replied. “They’re set up to be bribed … I don’t think they’re living in reality.”
Musk’s foray into politics, which has notably featured a gesture many likened to a Nazi salute and the dismantling of federal agencies alongside President Donald Trump, has particularly earned the comedian’s ire.
Burr pointed out that he takes issue with “tech nerds that want to build robots because they don’t know how to talk to hot women.”
“I think Elon has got the rockets going because they realize there’s other Earths out there. And they’re gonna trash this one because they don’t have any concern for it,” the comedian said.
Earlier this month, Burr slammed “that idiot Elon Musk” while appearing on NPR’s “Fresh Air.”
“That guy, who evidently is a Nazi, like, I just refuse to believe that it was an accidental. Two-times ‘Sieg heil,’ and he does it at a presidential inauguration,” he said.
“This is why I hate liberals. It’s like liberals have no teeth, whatsoever,” Burr continued. “They just go, ‘Oh my God! Can you believe it? I’m getting out of the country!’ You’re going to leave the country ’cause of one guy with dyed hair plugs and a laminated face who makes a bad car and has an obsolete social media platform?”
“You’re going to leave? Why doesn’t he leave? Why isn’t he stopped?” he asked.
