Ceasefire ends as Israel targets Hamas in Gaza

The ceasefire in Gaza ended as Israel said it launched air strikes against Hamas targets. The IDF said the head of the Hamas government is among those killed. The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said the death toll is above 400, most of them women and children. NBC News’ Matt Bradley reports.
