Dollar General going-out-of-business sale leads to chaos, temporary closure
PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — A Dollar General in Prichard was having a going-out-of-business sale when chaos broke out, according to the Prichard Police Department.

PPD Chief Walter Knight said the North Wilson Avenue store was having a 50% off sale when the store owner called police for crowd control.
Officials said people were going into the store, grabbing items, and leaving without paying.
One person allegedly became disruptive and was told to either leave the store or go to jail.
