Officials in Southern California are searching for more than 30 people still missing after the wildfires that have killed at least 27. More than 80,000 remain evacuated. The CEO of the local utility’s parent company spoke to NBC News amid lawsuits alleging the utility’s equipment sparked one of the fires. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
