Fire Officials Appeal for Help Identifying Suspect in Car Arson

Officials in Waller County, Texas, have appealed for help identifying a suspect in a car arson on April 3.

The Waller County Fire Marshal’s Office published this footage showing a person approaching the car and starting a fire in its back seat.
