During questioning from Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., DNI Tulsi Gabbard refused to answer if she was included in a group chat about military strikes in Yemen that accidentally included a journalist and said the communications did not contain classified information. CIA Dir. John Ratcliffe also said his messages in the chat also did not include anything that was classified, but Sen. Warner pressed him on why the messages had not been shared with his committee.
