As the White House ramps up attacks on judges who have slowed President Donald Trump’s agenda, Attorney General Pam Bondi vows to take the battle over recent deportations of alleged Venezuela gang members all the way to the Supreme Court. On Monday, an appeals court will hear the administration’s request to overturn a temporary pause of deportations. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
