Lake-Effect Snow Buries Parts of Northern Pennsylvania

Residents in northwest Pennsylvania woke to heavy snow and near-whiteout conditions on Friday, November 29, as thick bands of lake-effect snow swept across the region.

This footage was provided by Chris Jones who said he filmed it near his home in Wesleyville, just outside Erie, on Friday morning.
