Madison, MS, development to include new restaurant location and office space. Get details

Pinpoint Commercial Real Estate announced Monday that it will be building two new buildings as a part of the Village at Madison.

The Village is 25 acres with space for 87 single-family homes and 60,000 square feet of planned commercial development.

While not all connected, the project is part of a continued downtown renaissance for Madison that includes several restaurants as well as other retail options.

The Main Street Investors team also includes Michael Manning of Ridgeland and Lee Stafford of West Point. Wier Boerner is the architect for the project.

The Village at Madison is already home to Half Shell Oyster House and a 12,000 SF multi-tenant building featuring high-quality local retailers (approximately 1,517 RSF remains available).The next phase of development includes building E, which will have 8,000 square feet of space suitable for retail or a restaurant. Building G will be a three-story facility with 24,219 square feet of space, suitable for professional offices.”Surrounded by a mix of national and local retailers, this sought-after location is ideal for businesses looking to establish a presence in a vibrant, growing community,” Pinpoint said in a LinkedIn post.

Recently completed

Building D, which was recently completed, houses the Madison location of Raggio Mercantile. Josh Raggio is known world wide for his duck calls and opened a store front in Raymond several years ago that centers around upscale men’s accessories. Raggio is now opening a second location in Madison.

There is also be a women’s boutique, L.A. Green, which has three other locations in Starkville, Tupelo and Nashville. A men’s clothing store is expected to be a part of Building D as well.

Home building

A guild of four construction companies is helping with building homes consistent with development and design goals for the development.

People can choose from 14 designs that include between two and four bedrooms and single or two stories. Architectural guidelines for the neighborhood include porches, balconies, columns, wrought iron fencing and colors based on styles in the New Orleans Garden District.
