Drone Footage Shows Major Flooding in Rives After Levee Breaks

A town in northwestern Tennessee is under a state of emergency after a broken levee caused major flooding in the area on Sunday, February 16.

Drone footage captured by Jacob Fulbright shows flooding throughout Rives, Tennessee, on Sunday, after a series of severe storms caused a levee to break in the area.
