NTSB holds briefing on Washington DC air disaster

The National Transportation Safety Board is scheduled to brief the media at 11am EST involving the Jan. 29 midair collision between an army Black Hawk helicopter and American Airlines commuter jet at Ronald Reagan National Airport that killed 67 people.
