The White House and the Kremlin said Russian President Putin agreed to immediately suspend attacks on Ukrainian energy and infrastructure targets for 30 days in a nearly two-hour phone call with President Trump. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, who had already said he would agree to Trump’s ceasefire without conditions, tonight said he accepted Russia’s proposal. NBC’s Richard Engel reports from Ukraine.
