Syrian rebel forces have overtaken the capital city of Damascus and toppled the Assad regime that has ruled Syria for generations. Russian officials have confirmed President Bashar Al-Assad has resigned and fled the country. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for Sunday TODAY.
