SpaceX rocket spins out of control in test flight failure

SpaceX, the private space company owned by Elon Musk, sent up its eight Starship test flight.

As pioneered by the company, the launch tower successfully caught the rocket booster but the rocket itself spun out of control.

It is the second consecutive Starship test flight failure.
