At least one person on the ground killed in Philadelphia plane crash, mayor says

At least one person on the ground was killed when a small medevac jet crashed in a Philadelphia neighborhood Friday night, Mayor Cherelle Parker said Saturday.

“The victim was in a car,” she added during a morning press conference.

All of the people on the plane, six Mexican citizens, were also killed, officials have said.

At least 19 people were injured, the mayor said.

“This is not etched in stone, and the investigation is ongoing,” she added.
