CareFlight responds to Clark County crash, OSHP investigates
Four minors were injured in a crash in Clark County Saturday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported in the 3000 block of E Pitchin Road around 3:30 p.m.

According to OSHP, a 14-year-old with three passengers was driving west on E Pitchin Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle crossed the center line and continued off the left side of the road, striking a fence and driving into a tree line.
Shortly after arriving on scene, Care Flight was called for a 15-year-old passenger with serious injuries, according to OSHP.
The other three people in the car, including the driver, sustained minor injuries in the crash. Two were transported to local hospitals and one was treated and released at the scene.
Troopers are still investigating the crash.
OSHP says they were assisted by the Pitchin Fire Department and EMS, the Husted Fire Department and EMS, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Dan’s Towing.
