President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that he is imposing a 25% tariff on all cars and car parts imported into the United States. Nearly half of all vehicles sold in the United States are imported and many companies, even if they have American factories, use foreign car parts. NBCโ€™s Christine Romans reports for TODAY.
