After a marathon day of inaugural festivities, President Donald Trump returned to the Oval Office and signed dozens of executive actions ranging from pardoning Jan. 6 defendants, declaring a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border and attempting to end birthright citizenship, which is a constitutional right. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports for TODAY from the White House.
