U-Haul truck ‘full of kids’ headed for Florida found at Madison County truck stop
RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) —Three people have been charged after the sheriff’s office received a call about a U-Haul cargo truck “full of kids.”
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were dispatched around 8 a.m. on March 15 about a U-Haul cargo truck parked at a gas pump at Love’s Truck Stop.

The caller reportedly said that they saw the rear cargo compartment of the U-Haul cargo truck “full of kids.”
Deputies allegedly found six people inside the secured and unventilated rear cargo compartment of the U-Haul: three adults and three juveniles.
The office said all eight people were headed from Michigan to Florida, with six of them in the rear cargo compartment.
