Who is Jillian Shriner? Weezer bassist’s wife charged with attempted murder

Scott Shriner’s wife is in serious legal trouble.

Jillian Shriner, who has been married to the musician since 2005, was shot by Los Angeles cops and then arrested on Tuesday, The Post confirmed.

While officers were searching for three misdemeanor hit-and-run suspects in a residential neighborhood, Jillian, 51, came out of her house with a handgun. She refused to drop her gun and pointed it at the officers, who shot her in the shoulder.

After retreating into her home and then coming back out with another female identified as the family’s babysitter, Jillian was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital where she was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Police confirmed she wasn’t involved in the earlier hit-and-run.

Jillian was booked for attempted murder. KTLA reported that she has since been released from police custody on a $1 million bond.

Her rep confirmed to The Post that Jillian was shot — but would not speak about the details.

On Eagle Vista Drive, officers noticed Jillian armed with a handgun outside her residence. They yelled for Jillian to drop the gun “numerous times” — but she refused, per an LAPD press release.

Jillian then allegedly pointed the handgun at the officers, and they opened fire, hitting her in the shoulder, TMZ reported.

She retreated into her residence but eventually came outside with a woman identified as the family’s baby-sitter and surrendered. Both women were placed in handcuffs while lying face down on the street.

Jillian was transported to a local hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics and was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Police also disclosed they recovered a 9-millimeter handgun from her home.
