A year ago, the Long Island Nets guard was in the hospital on a ventilator after being shot in the upper chest. Now, 12 months later, he’s not merely surviving, but thriving, stringing together great game after great game in the G League.

It’s been a miraculous comeback for Roberts. And the 23-year-old definitely believes in miracles, because he’s been living one.
