Many are wondering where Joe Biden’s travels will take him and Jill Biden as President Donald Trump is sworn into office on Inauguration Day on Jan. 20.
Will Biden take Amtrak back home to Delaware? Will his motorcade be spotted driving through the First State?
Here’s what we know.
Will Biden return to Delaware on Inauguration Day?

For the Delawareans hoping to see Biden return to Delaware after Inauguration Day events, you’ll have to wait a bit longer.
Biden’s calendar of events does not include a trip to the First State, according to CQ Roll Call, a publisher of news about Congress and politics.

The Bidens welcomed the Trumps to the White House at 9:45 a.m. on Jan. 20.
Both parties left the White House at around 10:25 a.m. for the United States Capitol, where Trump and J. D. Vance were sworn in around noon. Kamala Harris and Douglas Emhoff were in attendance alongside the Bidens.

Biden will depart the U.S. Capitol for Joint Base Andrews in Prince George’s County, Maryland, at 12:30 p.m. Biden will deliver remarks at a farewell event with staff at 1 p.m. before he and Jill leave the base for Santa Ynez, California, at 2 p.m.
The Bidens are scheduled to arrive in Santa Ynez, California, at 7:15 p.m. This marks the end of his official events scheduled for Inauguration Day.
