U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer has called an emergency summit with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following a fiery exchange with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office. Starmer said the U.K. and France will take the lead on drafting a new ceasefire plan that they will present to the United States. NBC’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports for Sunday TODAY.
